| Paul lives in a big town. The nearest railroad is at 40 m but he does not hear it due to a good noise barrier. The major road and the nearest airport are at 1 - 5 km from his house. He can sometimes hear the noise of these traffics. His fields of expertise are traditional traffic modelling, micro simulation modelling, small scale noise mapping and measurement of road traffic noise. Paul is in contact with the British ministries of Transport and Health, the York & Leeds City Councils and several consultancy and software companies in the UK.
