| Marcello lives in a big town at 100 m from a major road. He can sometimes hear the road traffic noise. His fields of expertise are not only studies and research on the properties of road materials, superstructures (pavement) and structures (bridges, viaducts and tunnels), but also studies and research on measurement methodologies for the characterization, forecasting and control of road traffic noise. Marcello is in contact with the national government, ministries of Infrastructure & Transport environment, European working groups like WG-AEN, consultancy and software companies.
